With the new triple-camera system, your pictures will pop, whether you’re capturing a scenic landscape with the Ultra Wide camera or snapping a quick selfie.

Another great feature is Night Mode, which makes photos taken in low-light look bright, crisp, and natural. No fancy camera required.

Shoot videos like a pro

Capture and edit ultra high-quality 4K video right from your Camera app. And when you’re done shooting, you can crop, rotate, and add filters, the same way you edit your photos.

Text without lifting a finger

The QuickPath typing feature makes texting with friends and family as simple as swiping between letters on the keyboard. When you start typing, swipe your finger to each letter without lifting your finger off the screen. When you’re ready to move onto the next word, lift your finger to automatically add a space.

Save battery and avoid eye strain

Transform the look of your operating system with Dark Mode. This feature can reduce eye strain, help you sleep better at night, and save your battery.

Swipe down from the top-right corner of your Home screen, press and hold the Brightness icon, and tap the Dark Mode icon.

You can even schedule it to turn on automatically at certain times of the day by going to Settings > Display & Brightness and turning on Automatic. Tap Options to choose a set schedule or customise your own.
